GCC Configure Settings

I’m blogging this as much as a reference for myself as for everyone else. After trying to find out what flags were used to compile GCC on Fedora Core 5, I found this page which, if you’re paying enough attention, subtly tells you how to do it. And it’s amazingly simple, and works for all deployments of GCC (so will work with any distro, and any platform).

To get the GCC config parameters, do the following:

gcc -v

Simple, really.
