New Drug Driving Laws

On my way back from rowing this morning, I heard a news report that said that the UK Police were getting powers to test people if they suspect that they are on drugs and are driving.
The RAC didn’t seem to happy about the accuracy of the tests, but hey. One of the tests is to stand on one leg.
And here is my point. What about people with only one leg? What do they stand on?
