O2 are taking Liquid Telecom to court for using bubbles and the colour blue in an advert.
Surely then, Finish dishwasher tablets use these devices too. Are they sueing them? Or is this just a way to get anti-competitive on their asses without dropping prices?

This is exactly what they’re for, to stop other people using devices where they could cause a reasonable consumer confusion. Telecoms is the same industry!
